  1. Cancellation and Returns Policy

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by contacting us before we have shipped the goods to you; or where goods have already been shipped to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us within 7 days of from the date of delivery for a full refund after deducting the cost of shipping.  Please make note of the conditions in our returns policy.

4.3 You can return the merchandise that is subject to special offers and offers related to the terms of purchase. The entire offer will be return as purchased within 7 days of from the date of delivery for a full refund after deducting the cost of shipping.  Please make note of the conditions in our returns policy.

4.4 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid  after Deducting the cost of shipping once we complete our inspection (usually within 72 hours of receipt). We will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. 

4.5 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause

4.6 will be voided if the goods do not meet the following requirements. Shoes must be unworn, in the condition it was receive, and in original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. The provisions of this clause 4.5 do not affect your statutory rights.
